На основании собственного опыта и данных мировой литературы предложено деление пороков развития позвоночника, сопровождающихся нестабильностью, на первично и вторично нестабильные. Первично нестабильные пороки требуют оперативного лечения в максимально ранние сроки. При вторично нестабильных показана диспансеризация с профилактическим консервативным лечением. Оперативная фиксация показана при неэффективности консервативных мероприятий или развитии неврологической нестабильности.
