Применение различных материалов и лекарственных средств в профилактике развития послеоперационного поясничного эпидурального фиброза: обзор литературы

Аннотация

Статья представляет собой обзор современных литературных данных, посвященных применению различных материалов и лекарственных средств в профилактике развития послеоперационного поясничного эпидурального фиброза. Поиск литературных источников производили в базах данных Pubmed, Medline, EMBASE, Cochrane Library и eLibrary. Формирование и разрастание фиброзной ткани в эпидуральном пространстве с последующей адгезией ткани к твердой мозговой оболочке является ведущей причиной болевой афферентации в поясничном отделе позвоночного столба и/или в нижних конечностях. В патофизиологии формирования соединительной ткани в эпидуральном пространстве важнейшую роль играют некоторые молекулярные и клеточные механизмы. Представлен анализ экспериментальных и клинических исследований, изучающих эффективность различных материалов и лекарственных средств. Изложены современные данные о новых терапевтических подходах к профилактике послеоперационного эпидурального фиброза. Обозначены актуальные, остающиеся нерешенными вопросы, обусловливающие необходимость дальнейших исследований по изучению патофизиологии эпидурального фиброза.
