Аннотация

В статье представлен новый вариант крепежного имплантата, используемого в хирургии деформаций позвоночника. Универсальный захват Universal Clamp представляет собой дакроновую ленту, которая проводится субламинарно на выбранном уровне, а затем с помощью металлического зажима фиксируется и затягивается на стержне эндокорректора. Имплантат способствует достижению дополнительной коррекции в трех плоскостях и обеспечивает дополнительные точки фиксации. Авторы приводят четыре клинических наблюдения, подтверждающих эффективность универсального захвата.
