A CASE OF GRADE IV REAL L5 SPONDYLOLISTHESIS

Abstract

A clinical case of grade IV rigid real L5 spondylolisthesis treated by one-stage three-step surgery is presented. A patient had neurological deficit and marked static disorders. The follow-up period was seven months. The treatment resulted in restoration of normal anatomical relations and spine balance, reduction of neurological deficit, and formation of a bone block.
