Аннотация

В рамках систематизированного обзора литературы представлена современная концепция оценки опухолевых поражений позвоночника NOMS, адаптированная к условиям неотложной помощи. Приведены принципы оценки неврологического, онкологического, механического и системного анализов поражений позвоночника при первичных и метастатических опухолях, представляющие основу для пошаговых тактических решений, а также методы анализа каждого компонента.
