Исторические аспекты видеоэндоскопической хирургии поясничного отдела позвоночника

Аннотация

Литературный обзор посвящен истории развития эндоскопической хирургии поясничного отдела позвоночника – от открытых оперативных вмешательств и пункционных процедур к чрескожным внутриканальным эндоскопическим операциям, совмещающим интервенционные и видеоэндоскопические технологии и обозначающиеся в англоязычной литературе как full-endoscopy. В статье также затронуты исторические аспекты фиброэндоскопических и лапароскопических вмешательств на поясничном отделе позвоночника. В заключении предложен принцип классификации эндоскопических методик.
