Неврологические осложнения в хирургии сколиоза: систематический обзор проблемы

Аннотация
Цель обзора – многоаспектное исследование проблемы неврологических осложнений в хирургии сколиоза, основанное на больших массивах литературных данных (eLibrary, Pubmed). Изучены следующие аспекты проблемы: частота развития неврологических осложнений в хирургии сколиоза, частота развития неврологических осложнений при сколиозах различной этиологии, в различных возрастных группах, частота развития неврологических осложнений при использовании различных хирургических доступов, частота восстановления функций после развития неврологического дефицита, причины развития неврологических осложнений, факторы риска развития неврологической симптоматики, поражения периферических отделов нервной системы, позднее развитие неврологических осложнений (отложенный дефицит), редкие осложнения (казуистика). Неврологические осложнения оперативных вмешательств по поводу деформаций позвоночника различной этиологии развиваются относительно нечасто, но это обстоятельство нисколько не упрощает проблему, поскольку эти осложнения подчас катастрофически тяжелы и требуют длительного и сложного лечения, успех которого не гарантирован. Оперативное лечение пациентов с патологией позвоночника (речь в данном случае идет не только о деформациях) должно проводиться в узкоспециализированных центрах, располагающих самым современным оборудованием и укомплектованных специалистами высочайшего уровня подготовки.
