ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОЕ ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ШЕЙНОЙ СПОНДИЛОГЕННОЙ МИЕЛОПАТИИ МЕТОДОМ ЛАМИНОПЛАСТИКИ: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация

В представленном обзоре литературы подробно изложены основные принципы выполнения ламинопластики при шейном стенозе, осложненном миелопатической симптоматикой. Описана история метода и его совершенствование. Приведены данные зарубежных и отечественных исследований за последние 15 лет. На основании полученных результатов исследований оценена эффективность данной методики в сравнении с другими декомпрессивными методами. Обращено внимание на встречающиеся осложнения и методы их профилактики.
