ЗАДНЯЯ ИНСТРУМЕНТАЛЬНАЯ ФИКСАЦИЯ ШЕЙНОГО ОТДЕЛА ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА У ДЕТЕЙ: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация

Представлены результаты анализа современной литературы, посвященной инструментальной фиксации шейного отдела позвоночника у детей и техническим особенностям применения описываемых методик. Задняя инструментальная фиксация шейного отдела позвоночника обеспечивает стабильность и увеличивает успешность артродеза у детей с деформациями или нестабильностью шейного отдела позвоночника, кроме того, позволяет выполнять редукцию смещений интраоперационно.
Возможность имплантации современных металлоконструкций у детей доказана в ряде морфологических и клинических исследований. С учетом небольшого размера костных структур у детей в каждом случае необходимы тщательное предоперационное планирование, правильное интраоперационное позиционирование и строгое соблюдение хирургических методик.
