К ВОПРОСУ О ДОСТОВЕРНОСТИ ПРОГНОСТИЧЕСКОГО ТЕСТА М.Н. MEHTA

Аннотация

Цель исследования. Проверка достоверности признака Mehta на выполненных в динамике спондилограммах пациентов с прогрессирующим идиопатическим сколиозом.

Материал и методы. Выбраны рентгенограммы 65 пациентов с идиопатическим прогрессирующим правосторонним грудным сколиозом, обследованных в динамике. По методике Mehta определена разница реберно-позвоночных углов (RVAD) и прослежено течение сколиотической деформации.

Результаты. Изначально 35 пациентов имели RVAD менее 20°. У всех деформации со временем прогрессировали, причем у 71 % – в грубые формы. Почти у половины этих пациентов (43 %) уже при первичном обследовании деформации позвоночника были величиной от 30 до 63°. Равное значение реберно-позвоночных углов RVA-L и RVA-R не является показателем отсутствия сколиоза. У 9 (26 %) пациентов при этом величина деформации по Cobb составляла от 6 до 28°.

Заключение. Наши данные заставляют усомниться в достоверности признака Mehta. Необходимы новые исследования, в том числе групп больных с непрогрессирующими формами идиопатического сколиоза.
