ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ ВЕРХНЕГО ШЕЙНОГО ОТДЕЛА ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА: ДИАГНОСТИКА, КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ, ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ
Аннотация
В работе подробно рассматриваются вопросы диагностики, классификации, дифференциации в выборе оптимального метода лечения краниовертебральных повреждений, в частности шейно-затылочной травмы: переломов мыщелков затылочной кости, различных типов переломов атланта, атлантоаксиальной нестабильности, сочетанных переломов атланта, подвывихов и вывихов С1-С2 позвонков и осложнений, возникающих при подобных повреждениях.
