ДИСПЛАСТИЧЕСКИЙ СПОНДИЛОЛИСТЕЗ: ОБЗОР СОВРЕМЕННЫХ КОНЦЕПЦИЙ ЭТИОЛОГИИ И ПАТОГЕНЕЗА

Аннотация

Статья является аналитическим обзором литературы по проблеме этиологии и патогенеза диспластического спондилолистеза. Ключевую роль в генезе диспластического спондилолистеза играют сагиттальный позвоночно-тазовый дисбаланс и дисплазии люмбосакрального сегмента. Научные исследования в этих направлениях можно считать наиболее перспективными, важными не только для прогнозирования развития и течения диспластического спондилолистеза, но и для оптимизации лечебных программ.
