ДЕФОРМАЦИИ ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА ПРИ НЕЙРОФИБРОМАТОЗЕ: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация

В обзоре современной литературы представлены общие положения, касающиеся происхождения и распространенности нейрофиброматоза, общепринятые диагностические критерии. Подробно описаны особенности деформаций позвоночника, отдельных позвонков и ребер, развивающихся при этом заболевании. Обращено особое внимание на такие осложнения течения патологического процесса, как развитие вывихов позвонков, неврологические осложнения. Подробно описаны нередко сопровождающие нейрофиброматоз патологические изменения шейного отдела позвоночника. Приведены многочисленные литературные данные, касающиеся методов консервативного и оперативного лечения сколиозов и кифосколиозов и их эффективности.
