ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ ВЕРХНЕГО ШЕЙНОГО ОТДЕЛА ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА: ДИАГНОСТИКА, КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ, ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ

Аннотация
В статье подробно рассматриваются современные возможности диагностики, классификации, получившие признание в клинической практике, выбор патогенетически обоснованного лечения повреждений аксиса, переломов зуба аксиса, травматического спондилолистеза аксиса, переломов палача, а также хирургические методы их лечения. Приведенные данные показывают необходимость и возможность ранней исчерпывающей диагностики многообразных видов краниоцервикальных повреждений, обусловливая своевременный выбор в каждом конкретном случае патогенетически обоснованного лечения, и особенно оптимального хирургического метода.
