ЧРЕСКОЖНАЯ ЭНДОСКОПИЧЕСКАЯ НУКЛЕОТОМИЯ НИЖНЕПОЯСНИЧНЫХ ДИСКОВ: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация
Представленный обзор литературы посвящен важной проблеме - лечению неврологических проявлений остеохондроза позвоночника щадящей малоинвазивной методикой, каковой является эндоскопическая нуклеотомия. Прослежены последовательные этапы трансформации методики от пункции межпозвонкового диска до полноценной декомпрессии с использованием эндоскопического контроля. Подробно анализируются показания и противопоказания к эндоскопическим операциям, хирургические осложнения и результаты лечения. Обсуждаются возможности различных способов интраоперационного визуального контроля (КТ, МРТ, флюороскопия). Представленная информация демонстрирует возможности эндоскопической нуклеотомии.
