АННУЛОПЛАСТИКА КАК СПОСОБ ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ РЕЦИДИВОВ ПОЯСНИЧНЫХ МЕЖПОЗВОНКОВЫХ ГРЫЖ: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация

В представленном обзоре литературы освещены эпидемиологические аспекты неблагоприятного исхода хирургического лечения пациентов с грыжами поясничных межпозвонковых дисков, факторы риска рецидива межпозвонковых грыж, рассмотрен метод аннулопластики как один из способов профилактики рецидивов грыж. Концепция методики аннулопластики основана на ряде благоприятных факторов: сохранении высоты межпозвонкового диска, предупреждении рецидива грыжи за счет барьерной функции, уменьшении люмбалгии из-за проведения лимитированной микродискэктомии, замедлении дегенеративного каскада как межпозвонкового диска, так и фасеточных суставов. Материалом исследования послужили тезисы статей из базы данных «Scopus», «Pubmed», статьи из журналов «Spine», «European Spine Journal», периодических изданий России за последние 10 лет, при необходимости использованы публикации прежних лет.
