ОСТЕОБЛАСТОМА БОКОВОЙ МАССЫ С3 У РЕБЕНКА: КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ И ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация
Представлено описание клинического случая. Уровень доказательности - V. Проведено хирургическое лечение остеобластомы боковой массы С3 позвонка у ребенка 6 лет. Период наблюдения - 9 мес. после радикальной операции с блок-резекцией опухоли и локальной винтовой фиксации С2-С3 позвонков. Описаны принципы дифференциальной диагностики остеобластомы малого размера (1,5 см) с неспецифическими клиническими и радиологическими симптомами.
