МЕТОДЫ НЕЙРОМОДУЛЯЦИИ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ ХРОНИЧЕСКИХ БОЛЕВЫХ СИНДРОМОВ

Аннотация
Применение нейрохирургических методик для купирования хронической невропатической боли используется при неэффективности консервативных многомерных стратегий лечения. В настоящее время к инвазивным методам, направленным на уменьшение периферических болей, прибегают только в исключительных случаях из-за высокого процента возникающих осложнений. Терапевтическое воздействие методов нейромодуляции – электрической нейростимуляции спинного мозга и интратекальной (эпидуральной) опиоидной терапии – обеспечивает стойкое купирование болевого синдрома и не оказывает цито- и нейротоксического воздействия.
