Abstract

He paper presents a clinical case of spontaneous anterior epidural hematoma at the level of L2-L3 vertebrae acutely developed at hospital. The CT investigation revealed sequestrated intervertebral disc herniations, and MRI study confirmed diagnosis. Favorable outcome was achieved using mini-invasive surgical approach - the emptying of epidural hematoma by means of percutaneous puncture.
