ТРЕХКОЛОННАЯ ОСТЕОТОМИЯ ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА ПРИ РЕВИЗИОННОМ ВМЕШАТЕЛЬСТВЕ У ПАЦИЕНТКИ С ВРОЖДЕННЫМ АНГУЛЯРНЫМ ГРУДОПОЯСНИЧНЫМ КИФОСКОЛИОЗОМ

Аннотация

Представлен клинический случай хирургического лечения пациентки подросткового возраста со множественными аномалиями развития, врожденным грудопоясничным кифосколиозом, грубым нижним парапарезом и нарушением функций тазовых органов, а также обзор литературы по рассматриваемой проблеме. В ходе лечения в течение нескольких лет проводили неоднократные ревизионные хирургические вмешательства из-за развития нестабильности металлоконструкции, инфекционных осложнений. Последним этапом пациентке выполнили трехколонную остеотомию позвоночника на вершине деформации с дорсальной фиксацией металлоконструкцией. Достигнута значительная коррекция деформации. По итогам 18-месячного наблюдения коррекция сохраняется, металлоконструкция стабильна. Пациентка отмечает значительное повышение качества жизни.
