Позвоночно-тазовая фиксация: показания, анатомо-биомеханические аспекты и историческое развитие методов

Аннотация

Представлен обзор литературы, посвященный выполнению позвоночно-тазовой фиксации при повреждениях и различной патологии позвоночника и таза. Обзор носит аналитический характер и проведен с использованием баз данных медицинской литературы и поисковых ресурсов PubMed и eLibrary. Затронуты следующие аспекты: актуальность и показания к выполнению позвоночно-тазовой фиксации, ее анатомо-биомеханические особенности. Рассмотрены и структурированы исторические аспекты развития методов выполнения позвоночно-тазовой фиксации, проведен анализ различных методов фиксации (крючками, винтами к крыльям крестца и S2 позвонка, L-образными стержнями по Luque, с использованием дистракторов, чресподвздошных стержней, методов Jackson и Harrington, Galveston). Рассмотрены особенности хирургических техник, их преимущества, недостатки и осложнения.
