СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ЗАДНЕЙ ДИНАМИЧЕСКОЙ СТАБИЛИЗАЦИИ ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА В ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ СИНДРОМА СМЕЖНОГО УРОВНЯ: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация

Представлен обзор основных устройств для динамической фиксации, предложенных и апробированных на сегодняшний день. Отдельное внимание уделено понятию «нестабильность», а также развитию синдрома смежного уровня при использовании фиксаторов различного типа. Использованы 123 источника, размещенных в 2006-2013 гг. в открытом доступе баз данных доказательной медицины (PubMed, Medline и др.). Несмотря на большое количество предложенных устройств, не существует идеальной системы динамической фиксации, способной в полной мере предупредить развитие синдрома смежного уровня. Имеется ряд устройств, обеспечивающих надежную фиксацию с сохранением нормальной биомеханики позвоночного сегмента. Однако достоверные клинические результаты их применения пока не получены. Изучение проблем нарушения биомеханики позвоночника после выполнения фиксации сегмента позволит найти ключ к решению проблемы синдрома смежного уровня.
